In spring 2026 Trafford Safeguarding Adults Board (SAB) commissioned a Safeguarding Adults Review (SAR) to consider the circumstances of ‘Chloe’. Chloe was a young white British woman who died from suicide whilst in temporary hotel accommodation, in 2024. The full review can be found here on our published SARs page.
