Making a SAR referral
Any agency can make a referral for a SAR if they believe that the criteria for a SAR are met. To make a referral please down load and complete the TSAB SAR Referral Form and send it to TSSP@trafford.gov.uk.
All referrals should be first authorised by a senior manager or safeguarding lead within your organisation.
Publication
It is not a statutory requirement to publish SAR reports. However, provided there are no concerns about confidentiality or concerns that publication could be detrimental to the person’s wellbeing, TSAB will always seek to publish the SAR. The Board will consider each review on a case by case basis.
